PMTC does not procure conflict minerals, including 3TG and other responsible minerals as defined in the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) announcements, from the conflict-affected regions, which include the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries/regions such as Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia, where human rights violations by armed groups occur.

PMTC, in compliance with environmental regulations such as ISO 14001, international hazardous substance regulations, and customer requirements, outlines the following key points as our future efforts:

1. Implement a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle system to ensure that our company’s processes related to products, activities, and services meet environmental, safety, and health objectives in a spirit of continuous improvement.
2. Actively propose feasible improvement solutions in pollution prevention, energy conservation, waste reduction, and the reduction of safety and personnel accidents, continuously enhancing our environmental, safety, and health management performance.
3. Comply with relevant domestic and international safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations, and strive to meet advanced international safety, health, and environmental standards.
4. Focus on research and development aimed at designing green products with minimal environmental impact.

Establish and maintain a robust document system to facilitate the effective operation and execution of this system.

As responsible global citizens, PMTC adheres to the environmental policy of ‘Energy Conservation, Waste Reduction, and Low-Carbon Environmental Protection.’ We are committed to promoting energy conservation, carbon reduction, and disclosing carbon management information to fulfill our corporate responsibility.

In addition to actively promoting greenhouse gas inventorying, we diligently identify the sources and characteristics of greenhouse gas emissions. Based on this information, we propose feasible plans and objectives for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, aiming to mitigate the environmental impact caused by greenhouse gas emissions.
